Log4OM

Hi all,

has anybody experiences in uploading QSO's from a Log4OM adif file into LotW.
The QSO's i selected, transfered (*.tq8 formated file) and uploaded, are not shown in LotW under "most recent QSO's".
Only very old entries from the last year are visible.

Any Ideas?

I have very little experience of failures when uploading ADIF files to LoTW unless there is a problem or congestion in LoTW.
I think it means that the upload is not a "request".

Found the mistake.
For whatever reasons the Locator wasn't set correctly (nothing has been changed in the settings). So the synchronisation failed.

It means that it was rejected because the QTH of the profile registered in LoTW does not match.

exactly. I edited a few QSO‘s wie the correct locator, generated a new tq8 via the Tqsl software (with no error message) and uploaded it on the LotW Homepage. Everything worked fine now.

I can no longer upload to LoTW from Log4OM. I select the QSOs and then upload. I get the error: Creating folder access to the path 'C:\users\N4RF\AppData\Roaming\Log4OM/\temp' is denied.

I am uploading directly to TQSL.

LOTW has been down for a few days because it was hacked

I hope it recovers quickly.
171 QSOs remain in "Request" state since LoTW went down.
My concern is that Log4OM2 may not be able to correctly recognize the server status during downtime and when it is busy after recovery, and will rewrite the status to "Yes" even though the upload has failed.

I still can't upload or download to LoTW. I am not uploading directly to LoTW and get a match occasionally which shows up on the Account Status matrix.

Also, my Log4OM logbook shows zero LoTW Sent and Received. I have 2300 challenge points, so I have been at this for a long time. HOw do I make my log book match LoTW Sent and Received?

Hi Bob,
You probably have other problems that didn't show up in this thread.
For example, incorrect QTH information or valid dates when sending to LoTW. Such problems don't matter if you're sending via TQSL, UDP controlled sending, or uploading via ADIF.
However, I think that Log4OM will write any problems to the execution log, so I recommend looking for error messages in the execution log.
