Filter do not load

Post by CT1BXX »

Hi,

I created several filters a long time ago and they are saved in the conventional folder.
Everything always worked perfectly.
Today trying to use it, I verify that the filters exist, are in the folder, however choosing a filter it is not loaded.
I don't know in which version this started to happen, since I haven't used them in a while.

To test, today I created a filter, I recorded it and this filter I created today, is loaded perfectly.

To see if even though the filter exists in the folder, it would be empty, I opened the JSON file in the JSON Edit file online and the filter is fine, it's not empty. Thank you for your help. I'll attach a picture so you can give a better idea.

Manuel,
I think that some time ago we made some changes that required filters to be re-made because the old ones would no longer work after the update.

I dont have time to search the release notes but it was several releases ago

I was the cause for that filter update. Filters with the "IN" parameter were not being properly saved for future use.

It was V 2.29.0.0

Hi Terry and Nolan

Thank you very much for your quick and very helpful response.

I followed your suggestion and recreated the filters according to the ones I had, recorded and I'm very happy to confirm, that everything is working very well, as before. Thank you very much for your help. :D

I take this opportunity to remind you if it would be possible to create some shortcuts to the filters that we may have created without the need for so many steps (clicks) or at least a button to cancel the filter effect that has been activated.

I wish you a very good week.
