Issue connecting my KENWOOD TS-440S with LOG40M2

Hi, I connected the kenwood TS440s to the LOG340m2 via cable LD-C105, unfortunately in the LOG40 web interface top left corner I always get 'OFFLINE message. I seem to have connected the right baud rate in the interface,
please help me to troubleshoot this.

I collected and own the logs from the LOG40M2 program.
