Refresh Data not working again here.

I'm back . First off thanks for all the help the last time everyone was great. The Refresh Data (World Globe) to update QSO now will not update with contacts Name and QTH and possible anything else again. Am I the only one having this problem or am I the only one that uses it? Was it deactivate? I stopped using it when LOTW went down in May it was as that seemed like the time it stopped functioning and thought that was the reason. When LOTW came back online I tried it still nothing. Then I waited till the new update to Log4OM which is 2.33.0.0, well still doesn't work. Would you like to take a look just uninstall and reinstall and try that first? One reason I don't mess with anything is from the last time.

If you refer to the world globe in the input interface (Betweeen the plus sign andred cross) it never has updated the data it opens a lookup in the web browser?

Refresh data icon is a rotating arrow, not a world globe in the recent QSO window

Update info in the QSO manager is a download arrow not a world globe

So I am confused about what your refering to?

If you go to the Recent QSO's in the main window. and double click on a QSO the Edit QSO window pops up. the world globe in the gray field use to update missing information that would have missing fields from WSJT when logged. At least that is what I remember it did months ago as I would be missing Operator name and QTH. You remember I said it was changing the ITU and CQ wrong? It use to add Operator name and Contact's details. That is how I use to update the missing info. So you never pulled info from QRZ or where ever. Maybe I am going mad and I am getting older and forgetful more at each passing day Terry.

Hope this clears it up sir and as alway thank you for what you guys do.

OK now we have established exactly which icon you refer to, you are correct that it will update missing QSO data which it obtains form whichever on line info provider you selected in the Program config.

It still does work because I just tested it!

So, unless you dont have an info provider selected or working, perhaps because a subscription exired, that is what it is still doing.

Point: Why are you not having the data automatically updated when the QSO is received from WSJT via UDP connections?

OK figured it out you lead me in the right direction. When LOTW went down I checked or changed all passwords to my Ham sites to ensure no duplicates. Well QRZ was a duplicate with LOTW and forgot to update password where you said. So your hint at expired got the light bulb to come on in head.

I have data automatic updating from WSJT via UDP connections. Some of the fields populate the date when QSO is uploaded to Lof4OM but most do not. I am assuming its on the contacts end as they didn't fill in the required fields. I have always had problems with it but not almost all of them.
