ok peeps i really needyour help on this one , I had a QSO on FT8 with a station from serbia YT1Q on 12m so i looked in my LOTW and it had been confirmed but yet on Log4OM no Confirmation what have i done wrong also guys i have always searched just for the first 3 digits of the call sign but it only shows serbia as worked but yet if i type the complete call shows a light blue box. thanks guys

Light blue = 'CALL SIGN' worked on band/mode

Dark Blue = 'CALL SIGN' has also confirmed on band/mode

Thanks Terry so as soon as i work out how to confirm it on Log4OM from LOTW ( as it has been Confirmed and i do have auto ticked ) it will show dark blue ?

well i have actually come to the conclusion that Log4OM doesnt like me LOL as all my eQSL sent are saying NO , all My LOTW sent are saying NO uploaded them also Downloaded them all i get is Warning Duplicate ( something like that ) i have watched videos read the user guide followed it all but still Nothing guess i will just pay the money to QRZ.com , thanks to everyone for there help !!!!!! You should be checking as follows

If uploading to eQSL returns message 'Duplicate' - Check on the EQSL web site to see if the QSO(s) in your Log4OM logbook exist on the eQSL web site

Same excercise with LOTW - Do the QSO (s) already exist on the LOTW web site?

If they do then all you need to do is use the Log4OM QSL manager to bulk edit those QSO (s) as 'Sent'

Best guess is that your using one of the JT programs like WSJT, JTDC, JTAlert or Gridtracker and they already uploaded the QSO's before they wer logged to Log4OM

i used to use Grid tracker Terry but i wanted to use log4OM as my sole logbook so i just deleted gridtracker and kept log4OM i also use JTDX improved for FT8 2 files 1 is upload the other download

1, how many times must I tell users NOT to publish log files here because they contain passwords etc,do you really want to be hacked? I deleted the files!

2. Have you checked eqsl Web site to confirm that the qso's are already there? The log file says they are

yes i have checked eQSL and LOTW and yes they are there , sorry about the log files didnt realize they were in there

So first edit the lotw and eqsl sent statu in qsl manager to YES

Next stop your wsjt software from uploading to lotw, qrz, lotw etc
