May I suggest that the ability to post to the Cluster be developed?
The VARAC users do seem reluctant to post but to do so would surely attract new members from the FT8 brigade and other Digi DXers who use the 'click and collect' method to band hop to work a new call.
Firstly, could we have an option to automatically post each QSO? This could persuade users to venture onto new bands...20m is good but others are deserted! That situation now needs attention.
Secondly, the button to post manually surely needs to be bigger/brighter to encourage use. Also desirable for those of us with failing eyesight.
