Clubs and Associations?

I can't seem to find the facility to add clubs and associations that is in the current manual on page 186, which refers to Program Configuration / Club membership list. Of course time moves on, so how do I add a club csv into Log4OM 2 so that an indiviual's membership number of FISTS for example is already in the field?
