Upload to LoTW not working

Hi all
I try to upload some TX7N QSOs... but it does not work
The LoTW external service is properly configured.
I select the QSOs to upload : fine
I click up upload : the upload screen shows up, ... and gets stuck after saying :
ADIF file created successfully
TQSL version 2.7.5
No private TQSL password set (which is correct)
Executing TQSL with upload
MANAGED MODE SET

and then nothing happens...

So, I close that screen. A message says an upload is in progress (a 271 QSO upload cannot take 15 minutes), but I confirm closing.
Then I try again, and the only message that shows up on the screen is LOTW END, nothing else. The upload flag has not changed, it is still "queued".

What could go wrong ?

I tried again, and WITHOUT ANY CHANGE, the upload went through...
So problem solved itself all alone !

Most likely a temporary glitch at ARRL/LOTW

If Log4OM works fine, and without you doing any changes or program updates, something stops working it is safe to presume that the external service is the culprit.
