No data after entering the Callsign

Hello to all,

Many of my friends have an issu:
If they enter the calsign in the calsign field no data as 'Name', 'Grid' will show up.
But if they click with the mouse on the Name field, the name will show up, as also the grid.|
All have an subscription at QRZ.
With Anydesk i checked the configurations of my friends, and nothing has been filled wrong.
Any idea?

Ensure that your password does not contain special characters like !"£$%^&*()+ etc

In future please quote version number of Log4OM and provide an example of calls sign that fails

But thats not the issue, the subscription is vallid, and the login an password in the configuration shows a green V
Th problem is that if they enter the callsign the red small message near the callsign (data-lookup) wont shown.
But if they click with the mouse on the name fielsd, of grid field, or note field, the red message will show up for a second and the name and grid will show up directly.
