Hi everyone,
I have an issue with properly setting the CW sideband when clicking on a CW station in the LOG4OM cluster. Thetis always sets CWL, never CWU as it should.
My setup:
Thetis 2.10.3.8
LOG4OM: 2.35.1.0
Connection via TCI server to Log4OM
The option "CWL/CWU becomes CW (out)" is checked in Thetis
Settings/Program config/CAT interface/Check box 'Invert SSB side (CW) is checked in Log4Om
Sometimes, after resetting the TCI server in Thetis a few times, it works correctly—but upon restarting the software, the issue comes back.
It switches to USB modulation correctly. The problem occurs only in CW spots.
Has anyone found a fix for this problem?

Not a 'Problem' - User guide?
settings/Program config/CAT interface
Check box 'Invert SSB side (CW)'
Save and apply

Thank you for your time. I have seen the instructions, the option is selected, and I still have this problem.

OK I have a SunSDR using EESDR 3.0 and also a Hermes Lite 2 using Thetis V2.10.3.8 x64 (2/16/25) HL2 Beta 2 (MI0BOT)
Both radios/programs are using TCI connections from Log4OM V2.35.1.0
I only use CW on my SunSDR and I have just tested and that selects the correct CW sideband when clciking a spot
However for the first time today, as a result of your question, I tried it with Thetis and concur that the correct sideband is not selected.
I must therefore assume that the issue is in Thetis because we send exactly the same data to both EESDR 3.00 and Thetis
PLease let me know what you discover about this issue

Re: CW mode always set to CWL after clicking a cluster station
As I see, enabling the 'WL/CWU becomes CW (out)' option in Thetis has helped some users, while for others, it hasn't resolved the issue. This suggests that there might be a software or hardware conflict in certain cases. I haven't found a definitive solution yet, but I'll keep searching and update you once I discover more, as this problem is quite frustrating.
Re: CW mode always set to CWL after clicking a cluster station
I have observed that the fault disappears temporarily if you uncheck and re-check the option in Thetis/setup/Serial.Network.Midi CAT/ "CW becomes CWU and 10MHz and above in". Even if you save the data after restarting Thetis, the fault returns.
