Upload to QRZ.com for a particular callsign not possible?

Hello,

I have the problem that I cannot upload one particular QSO to QRZ.com, please see the attached screenshots.
What could be the problem for that and is there a way to get it uploaded?
My subscription to QRZ.com is active and the automatic upload does also work but this QSO/callsign was not uploaded automatically.

thanks and 73

Stefan,

In the second picture, the QSO doesn't look like it has been selected. Either click on the QSO to select it, or click on "Select/deselect" in the lower right corner. When selected, the QSO should have a blue highlight on it.

Also, check on QRZ to see if the QSO was actually uploaded, even though L4OM say otherwise. I have noticed that a QSO gets uploaded automatically, but once in awhile it doesn't get marked as uploaded in L4OM.

Hi Jim,

it was selected, I just did not screenshot it.
I checked QRZ and the QSO was there but with missing data (no rapports, no operator name) so I deleted it from QRZ.com and now the upload does not work anymore.
No problem with other QSOs, I checked it yesterday evening.
Maybe the callsign is the problem :?:
What I could try is deleting the QSO from Log4OM, add it back manually and try to upload it to QRZ.com again.

Are you sure the call is correct?

Has WSJT sent you R 'O' instead of R Zero?

Hi Terry,

I just checked all.txt from WSJT-X, where all RX and TX data is stored and fould the QSO:
250308_091630 21.074 Tx FT8 0 0.0 1225 R0SCZ DO9KW JO43
250308_091645 21.074 Rx FT8 -17 0.4 2069 DO9KW R0SCZ -16
250308_091700 21.074 Tx FT8 0 0.0 1225 R0SCZ DO9KW R-17
250308_091715 21.074 Rx FT8 -22 0.4 1226 DO9KW R0SCZ RR73
250308_091730 21.074 Tx FT8 0 0.0 1225 R0SCZ DO9KW 73

It clearly is R0 8-)

when I enter the call in Log4OM I also get the information:
Screenshot 2025-03-24 115913.png
Screenshot 2025-03-24 115913.png (22.04 KiB) Viewed 3169 times
maybe it has something to do with the "Externalsource" messages?
When trying to upload the upload confirmations window only says "QRZCOM END" and I have no idea how to get the QSO uploaded
because all other services (eQSL, LotW, Clublog) work without any problems.

OK here is a trouble shoot routine

1. Dissconnect telnet cluster and supercluster if active

2. In Help/Log level - Select Trace

3. Open the Help/realtime log window

4. Attempt a QRZ upload and watch the results in the real time log and also the upload window - - You can save the log file for both windows for future study if you wish

That should provide the answer if you study the files

Hi Terry,

thanks, indeed there seems to be an error while trying to upload that QSO (please see the attached log).
Any info what could cause this?

Well I dont read German so its hard for me to understand

However looking at the QRZ upload status it seems the QSO has already been uploaded to QRZ or is marked so?

Please check your on Line QRZ logbook to see if the QSO is uploaded and also check your WSJT software to ensure its not uploading to QRZ at the time of the QSO

What did the log in the upload window say?

I got it working now.

The problem is that R0SCZ is not a member of QRZ.com and the data comes from hamqth.com
Under "county" a name in russian language was displayed:

After removing this entry the upload to QRZ.com worked again without any problems.
