Send CW message (essentially CQ) with IC7300? I can't transmit anything

Good evening everyone,
I can't send CQ automatically using Log4OM and IC7300 via software (I need to use the touchscreen keys on the radio). My Log4OM connects and reads the radio perfectly (the radio is connected via USB), I can see the frequency in green and all works perfectly, but I can't send any message using the built-in CW Keyer interface even if in left corner below I can see the message CONNECTED in green.

May I need to touch any settings on the radio?

I cant recall the 7300 set up but I think you need either of these to connect and then use the Log4OM built in Keyer intercace for either com port keying or Winkeyer

Thanks, I find the solution only connectiong an external keyer interface I used for my IC765, it works great but you have to maintain focus on the cw keyer window if you want to use the shortcut key throught F1-F12
