Operator Name not showing

Brand new user, fresh install.
See screenshots, the Operator Name is not showing in the main field or the Name field under Recent QSO's. Seems to not be pulling from Info Providers. All other fields seem to be OK.
I have confirmed Info Providers have correct username and pw's
Running Log4OM version 2.35.1.0 and WSJT-X v2.7.0 on Windows 11 Home v24H2.

Any suggestions for troubleshooting are appreciated.

Secondly did you see a green check mark when you tested the connection?

KR4AYE. I just added it to my signature.

Secondly did you see a green check mark when you tested the connection?
Yes. It seems to be working after several restarts of each software. Is there a preferred start order? Log4OM first or WSJT-X first?

Start order should not make any difference

Good morning with the latest update to 2.35.1 I also find myself with the same problem when I confirm the qsos from jtdx it loads them on recent but it doesn't show me the name of the corresponding om 73 iu5kyz

When you see this is only the FT8 QSO's and not the SSB ones would it not make you suspect that something is wrong with the WSJT connection, like UDP settings?
