Phantom Alerts

Hello Friends! I have been a LOG4OM user since Sept 2024 and enjoy its many features and intuitive software. Lately I have been exploring the Cluster program and successfully set up and currently use the regular and super cluster features. I use N2KI as primary as well as WA9PIE-2 and VE7CC-1. However, I have run into a problem with the configuration of Alerts. I have added several call signs as rules from current and future Dx Operations while keeping the remaining default settings. Now I receive what can only be described as “phantom” alerts because although the spots are real, the alerts are not. In fact, I receive an alert for every spot as they come in from the clusters. Here is an example of how it appears in the alert list.

The call sign at the end is the latest of the Rules that I have entered in the Alert Configuration window. In this case the Alert cannot be real as the operators have not activated the Island as yet. (If I filter for that alert call sign in the cluster, nothing appears) If I clear the Cluster Alert list, it will start to regenerate as more spots come in. If I close the program and re-open, the same thing happens. I have tried re-booting my system without effect. Deleting the rule has no effect. This problem appears to be unique as I cannot find any discussion in the forum. I can send screen shots if required. Thank you so much for your kind patience and understanding.
