Wonder if it was possible to make
-checkbox during adif import that lookup data from QRZ while importing.
-possibility to choose radio, antenna, power and QTH for the import

What type of ADIF import

Manual import

ADIF via UDP from external programs like N1MM,, WSJT etc

Ah, sorry. I was thinking of manual adif import.

Nice to have complete log with names and so on when you import adif manually after running portable with logging on phone.

Just do a bulk update from QSO manager using the Update info button, that does what you require
