Re: County Name Format
Thanks Daniele. Your questions prompted me to dig a little deeper. Seems that I'm noticing this issue while in Contest Mode since I'm chasing counties, but now I don't see the Contest as being the problem. I just tried logging several calls manually including my own, and it always just retrieves the ...

Re: County Name Format
Just now finishing participation in the Florida QSO Party (with LOG4OM in Contest Mode) I can confirm that the County is being logged without the State Prefix....thus not per ADIF spec. (I have to change it anyways if the station is mobile and moving thru different counties). However, when not in ...

County Name Format
I use GridTracker to chase counties, and recently they added a County column to a logging screen. I now notice that many counties I have worked do not appear. Seems the Log4OM2 v2.35.1.0 sometimes logs the county by just it's name, and other times it is logged as State,County. (ie. Ottawa vs MI ...

GUI is VERY VERY Slow
Something new has arisen. My GUI screen takes way too long to update. I'm running 2.28.0.0. I can click on a callsign to make a QSO. The data lookup on the GUI screen hangs usually past the end of the QSO. (I'm on FT8). I'm now in the habit of clicking on the globe to open QRZ.com which appears ...

QSO Attachments
I'm receiving more and more digital QSL's. Is there a way to attach the digital QSL to the QSO record??? It seems the "Attachments" tab is only for eQSL's??? Thanks, Herb WB8ASI

CW Keyer
I recently got myself a Morttyv4 contest keyer. It was preassembled and tested, and gives me the expected "Hi" when powered up. It is programed for CW and I'd like to give it a try in the upcoming Michigan QSO Party this weekend. I plugged in the USB cable and see it's on COM5 in Device Manager and ...

Re: Program Config Window Chopped Off
Terry, Thanks for the tip on opening the a .json file with notepad. But better yet as a final update and good news ending to my problem..........I found my old config.json files in the Log4OM2/backup/historic folder. Guess I should have looked further at the start. It only took me 2 tries going back ...

Re: Program Config Window Chopped Off
Terry, Took me awhile to find the config.json file. I found it in the User folder. When I copy it into the new LOG4OM2/User folder and open the program it has the same chopped off Program Config window. So it appears the problem is in my config file??? I'm away from my home QTH for several weeks ...

Re: Program Config Window Chopped Off
While waiting for further guidance, thought I would try deleting all the layout files in the Main version and replacing them with the known good copies in the Portable version. No luck. Still getting that chopped down frozen Program Config window on the Main version.

Re: Program Config Window Chopped Off
Terry, I have progress. I tried redownloading 2.20.0.0 as usual, and had same problem. II then totally Uninstalled the program and reinstalled, but also still had the same problem. Then I downloaded the Portable version onto a thumb drive. Clicked the LONG.exe file, and extracted files. Then opened ...
