Hello
anyone can help me pls;
i imported my ADIF from Ham Office with over 5500 Qso`s. While importing it says "QSO found 5589", but finally not all of them are shown up in the status line at the bottom in the left corner after finishing.
What have i done wrong?

Re: Database Problem
Possibly you had some duplicates, did you check the import error report?

Re: Database Problem
Yes i have duplicates but should they not been shown up as they are also QSO`s? The field - Name & Remarks - are also empty although i have exported these fields from hamoffice.

Re: Database Problem
No we don't import duplicate QSO's so if the Call sign, band, frequency, mode, date and time are the same its a duplicate and therefore not valid QSO's
Please email me the ADIF that you exported from HamOffice and I will check the other data for you

Re: Database Problem
OK Jo,
The ADIF file that you sent me contained 5526 QSO's of which 76 were duplicates, see the log text file that I emailed you! (Dulicats are the last 76 entries in the text file)
The ADIF file only has a few fields and did not contain the DXCC number or the DXCC country (See the graphic below from ADIF Master) so during import I checked the update country choice in the ADIF import window and this data was calculated using the call sign prefixes.
When the file was imported all of the Names and what comments it contained were satisfactorily imported, see Log4OM image below.
However your ADIF file from your old program did not contain and signal reports sent or received (RST) so there was nothing to import to Log4OM.
I have emailed you the import log report and also the Log4OM database that I created from your ADIF file
