Hi OM
How to update the Country Database in order to have ZL9A as Sub-antartic Island instead of Auckland, Campbell Island?
Thanks
Manolo

Re: ZL9A
ZL9A correctly has my country correctly as Auckland & Campbell islands. However there is a problem with the IOTA reference OC-286 in my log. I updated the IOTA file from the RSGB website, but the only choices for ZL9 are OC-37 and OC-74. OC-286 only shows up in the IOTA group list if I select New Zealand (ZL) as my country. Under ZL there is a drop down option for OC286 Antipodes Islands.

In the settings drop down you can set 'Automatic update' and also manually update each database

Re: ZL9A
Gentlemen,
I feel the IOTA data is in error and as RSGB IOTA have not updated it I have modified the IOTA download file to allow the correct information to be harvested as below
This is the file which should be extracted to your C:\........\AppData\Roaming\LogOM folder

Manolo, if you double click the ZL9A entry in your log 'recent qso' window it will open in edit mode. Click the TAB for 'Country IOTA SOTA' then look for the IOTA Group drop down box. Click the PadLock icon so that the entry box turns yellow, then click the arrow to open the IOTA list and scroll down until you find OC-286 then in the box below that, ('IOTA Island) choose Antipodes, the click on the large Icon 'Save and Exit'.......
You can do a similar thing to change the country information. To update you country (and other important) lists, on your main logging window, click on 'Settings' and go down to 'Enable Auto Update' and check that it is on. You can manually update by working your way through the list of 'database' 's that are in the drop down list on the settings drop down list.
