Cannot Get Log4OM to Communicate with ic-718

I cannot get Log4OM to communicate with my IC-718. HRD and fldigi communicate just fine.

I have tried both Omnirig and Hamlib but cannot get them to communicate.

I do not know if this will help at all Stan.... I do not have a IC-718, but do have both the IC-7800 & IC-910 hooked up to Log4om and these are my settings.

Hi Stan,

First, you will have better luck with OmniRig. Some question if I may. What are the symptoms please? Error message? Does OmniRig seem to connect to the com port? Does the com port show up on Device Manager? What version of Windows? How are you connecting the 718 to your computer - USB cable? Are you running Log4OM as Administrator? Have you tried any other programs which use OmniRig - like Band Master or Hamport? If so, do they connect?

Let me know some of those answers. We will get it working, for sure.
