Statistics and awards in new release not working

More probs I'm afraid.
Statistics and awards won't open for me either. Simply no response at all. Tried V1.26 portable, V1.27 portable.
I'm a newbie user, Stats and Awards feature is the main reason for trying it.

In the help menu you will find 'Send bug report' follow the instructions here http://www.log4om.com/log4om-support/

Please include an ADIF file (Check box lower right of support request form)

And email the files to me at g4pop (AT) arrl.net

Rest assured that it will be something simple because there are 20000 other users with it working fine

Well it was not a corrupt config file but it was associated with the config.

The issue was caused because there was no locator (Grid reference) entered in the station details tab of the Options!

It is highlighted in red to indicate that you must enter a locator but we have failed to stop you going any further if the field is left empty so that's our fault and a bug we will now fix.

My apologies for the inconvenience but sometimes these sort of bugs go unnoticed for years as this one has.

Just ensure that you complete the station details tab in full, especially Locator and ITU region and you should not have any further issues

When I put a grid locator in that field, and then save the configuration (clicking on the oversized diskette icon), the Options window goes away but when I try to access Statistics and Awards, I am still getting the same problem.

When I go back to Options, I have found that the grid locator never saved and the field is red again.

Something is still broken...

Did you use a six figure grid locator like JO01ja it won't work with only 4 digits

please fill a support request within Log4OM INCLUDING your log.
mail the log to lele (at) pisto (dot) it with a reference to this forum thread.

It's probably an issue on your data that prevents the program to correctly calculate statistics.

Before filling the support request, do a statistic form opening, so we can check if there are issues reported.
