You might try telling TQSL to ignore your station details:I have a problem with station name /p

Re: LOTW upload problem tqsl v 2.5.2
On my last upload to TQSL a week ago it bounced due to an ITU Zone incident.
I sent the LOTW-Help folks a note and they said that had been corrected in the
new version 2.5.3. And it did indeed correct that and other problems. Might
look for the new version and download it.

I'm going to make some assumptions here as you have not given a lot of information ... so here goes:
Have you updated your TQSL to the new release of v 2.5.3 that LOTW has released?
Have you updated your Log4OM V2 to V 2.5.0.0 ? Go to "Help / About" to confirm which release of Log4OM V2 you have installed.
I will assume you have then also updated Log4OM to V 2.5.0.0
I will also assume that you have opened the QSL Manager and have selected LOTW in the Search Confirmation window.
Once you do that you have to tap the green search button and your list of LOTW QSO's will appear.
Once that list is in place you then tap the "Select required" button which will then make the selection process for the Q's you can then upload to LOTW.
Again ... this applies to the new release of V2 and (as I have commented in an FAQ on this Forum) you need to make it a habit to download the V2 User Guide with regularity.
If you look at the "current" User Guide the information about the QSL Manager and "QSO manual upload to online logs" is located on Page 79.
Below is a screen clip of my QSL Manager after I've done what I noted for you above. All of which is in the User Guide.

Re: LOTW upload problem tqsl v 2.5.2
Yes, all relevant versions have been updated.
When I attempt to upload I'm getting some sort of ITU Zone error, related to one contact. I selected "Ignore" and again proceeded to upload. The upload screen appears, shows "Executing TQSL with upload" and it sits there. I waited 15 minutes with no progress.Download works fine, so I think its safe to say TQSL is working.
AS a follow up, I just tried this a 2nd time. Now, when UPLOAD is attempted the screen appears and I see one line "LOTW END". None of the QSO's that need to be uploaded were. I can send screen shots or if you'd like to see it we can load Team Viewer. I'm working from home, so I have plenty of time
I suspect this has something to do with the ARRL tightening up the accuracy of the ADIF data.

Re: LOTW upload problem tqsl v 2.5.2 - SOLVED
Problem solved, thanks to Dave WO2X, and I suspect others may have this problem.
I updated to the latest version of LOG4OM and TQSL on 4/21 (calendar date) 4/22 UTC. At first, I had no idea which program caused the problem.
What Dave discovered was that my ITU zone in TQSL was listed as "7" where it should have been "8". It was 8 in previous versions, so the latest version might have a bug that defaults to 7. All the QSO's that I made the night of 4/22 (UTC), the night I updated, were being signed with ITU version 7. LOTW saw the mismatch of ITU zones and aborted. Once that was corrected, the 25 QSO's were uploaded without any problem.
I could not not figure out how to update my ITU zone, so here's how it was done. Selected the QSO, than QSL info. Selected MY QTH and clicked on the "globe" to update. That changed my erroneous zone 7, to zone 8.
