Fixed it now. My adif was mssing hours in time fields.

What does constraint failed mean at end of attached log file? I wrote a program to convert hrd mdb to adif and have successfully imported 4000+ qso to log4om. :)

The word 'Unique' tells you they are duplicate QSO's not unique QSO's

Understood. A record already existed for that qso hence the message when you import it again.
