QSO forwarding

Does Log4OM support this?

Download the "current" User Guide dated: 01/08/2020 7:52AM Terry just updated it yesterday.

Go to: Help / User Guide / English (force update) ... the most current UG will download and open in your preferred PDF viewer.

Once you have that downloaded go to Page 169. Terry has an explanation of logging automatically to Log4OM Version 1. You can likely use this information to get inbound/outbound set up as you are seeking.

The reason for asking is that I like DM780 for the digital modes and to log qso's I have to use hrd logbook which has the option to forward qso's to other programs. I prefer Log4OM for logging.

Ross,

Just continue reading then in the UG about UDP Inbound to Log4OM V2. We use such for data from the FTx apps.

We have an outline for N1MM inbound. All noted in the UG. There may be a solution for you there.

The message says it's sent in XML format we accept data in ADIF format, you could send to N1MM then forward from N1MM to Log4om but that's getting messy.
