I'm trying to displays the QSOs for which I have sent the LOTW QSL but I have not received LOTW Confirmtion.
I Probably have to make a mistake but I don't see wich one

Firstly you need to set a date range for the sent confirmations also, probably the same period
Additionally are there any other filters set as that would conflict?

Try using the QSL Manager and use the range dates at the top, I was able to filter for date range fine, see results below 643 QSO's where you sent a confirmation but have not received one apparently? Have you done an LOTW download in the QSL manager yet?

I have done the same research here, and get the correct result.
