log communicator - NO RIG STATUS

I cannot see in the LOG4MO communicator window any information on the rig status
omnirig is in use and connection with radio is ok
why I do not see rig info ?

communicator must be enabled, log4om communications must be enable in settings too, and those 2 red balls should become green.
