I'm a bit of a newbee to sending cards out via the bureau. I have a fair backlog now and want to send them out. I am assuming if I put the call sign on the QSL card the Bureau knows enough how to route the card without having an address label. Is that a bad assumption? I am assuming (for the US ARRL Bureau) that if a QSL is via a manager that I write in the upper left corner of the card QSL VIA <callsign>. Is this a bad assumption?
I have the list imported into Log4OM. When I run Label Print and select all the QSO's I want printing, I run through the Routing tab. Why does the program select Manager DCT instead of Bureau for QSL Shipping method? In some cases it picks Bureau but not all the time. What does the green buttons for HamQTH, QRZ.com QRZCQ and Hamcall do in the upper bar and in the Manager section? I press QRZ.com and a red "NO DATA FOUND" appears at the bottom left of the screen.
Is there some walk through instructions on how this label print program functions?
Any help is truly appreciated.

Label explainations
Re: Label explainations
The video is somewhat informative, but I am past the stages in the video.
I have my list of QSO's that are requesting a QSL card back, so the actual manager function I've skipped. So my list of 71 or so QSL's that need to be sent are vetted and now I just need to print confirming labels of the QSO data and if needed the address of the contact (does this program print both the address and the QSO data?).
Now in the past I've directly mailed my QSL cards for US addresses directly via the US post service...by writing the contacts mailing address affixing a stamp and dropping the card in the mail box. For Bureau sending however I'm a little unsure of what to put on the card. Do I have to have the mailing address of the person on the card OR just the call sign and the Bureau figures out the address?
Another example, I have 6Y1LZ (Jamaica), that requests QSL Via K1LZ. The Label Print program has "Manager DCT" GREEN on this QSO but there is no address for the K1LZ manager listed in the Address or QSL Via area. Is the program supposed to query QRZ to get the mailing address of K1LZ? In this instance, since the QSL manager is in the US I wouldn't send this to the Bureau but would directly mail this myself so the address of K1LZ would need to printed. Does this program print the mailing labels too or just the QSO confirmation data? Below is a screen shot of this case.
In advance, all your help and suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

Yes it prints an address label as well as the QSO label
No address required the QSO labels displays the call of the other person and the bureau use that for routing, the card gets sent to the bureau of the other country and that bureau sorts and sends the cards onwards using self addressed envelopes supplied by each user. Now in the past I've directly mailed my QSL cards for US addresses directly via the US post service...by writing the contacts mailing address affixing a stamp and dropping the card in the mail box. You really need to be more bold and try clicking on buttons to see what happens, you cant do damage and can always exit the appAnother example, I have 6Y1LZ (Jamaica), that requests QSL Via K1LZ. The lookup buttons across the top look up the call sign of the other station and fills in the data, accuracy depends on the data that the other station has provided to QRZ, HamQTH etc
The lookup buttons above the manager pane lookup the managers address details and fills in the data so that the labels can be completed correctly.
See the result of clicking the QRZ button shown below, I thought I had covered this in the video's, did you watch to the end?
Dont forget that to get a full lookup from QRZ you MUST be a paid XML subscriber not just a HAM Member

Re: Label explainations
Terry,
Thanks. Buttons did nothing for me, then I recalled perhaps I have to put my credentials for QRZ into the program. Once that was done all seems to work.

Re: Label explainations
Have you set up QRZ in the info providers part of the Log4om program configuration?

Terry,
The only message printed for comments is "TNX QSL". I've put other messages in the configuration area but they never print. Any idea?
