ive messed it up

Post by g0osk »

Sorry hope someone can help
i had to re-install windows fully on my pc,so i saved what i thought were the needed files from log4om2 to a memory stick
reset the pc and downloaded log4om2 and then copied over the files and open log4om2.
the problem i have is it opens at the sqlite page and if i click test it says the database is not valid.
Can i simply rename the database or open a new one and download my qso`s from qrz as an ADIF file
hope someone can help
many thanks

We're you using v1 or v2 before?

What happened to the log4om backup files

What part of the universe are you located, can't tell because you don't use your call sign for user name

Are you sure the backup folder is empty, not even containing a folder called 'historic?

Do you have Skype or TeamViewer on that pc?

Problem resolved on TeamViewer

Problem was that no backups had been saved anywhere so had to rebuild from a basic QRZ download
