How to recover settings after failed shutdown?

Hello - we had a severe storm on Friday night and while I was shutting down Log4OM and the PC, power was lost. On restarting Log4OM today it performed as if this were the first login and asked for settings to be completed before going further. While I was able to connect successfully to the log file (thankfully) all the other setup options are gone. Is there a way to recover them? Which file contains them? Thanks in advance - I continue to enjoy Log4OM.

For others, it is detailed in the "Emergencies" section starting on P 225. Hats off to Terry and the gang for the manual which covers LOTS of info you may need. The fix worked great for me.
