Hi,
I never put the QSO frequency for my contacts in the log, just the Band.
When I print the log, I don't see a way to not show Frequency and just see Band.
Can this be done?
Thanks and 73 de KA3QOT

Only if you export to Excel, you cant select the fields to be printed in Log4OM

Thank you. One other question. I have about four years of QSOs without frequencies. Outside of entering each manually one-by-one, is there a quick way to enter them in?
Thanks
Thanks

I'm somewhat perplexed as you noted (in your first post) that you only enter bands and "not frequencies". If that is the case how would you know "which" frequency to enter for any given QSO?
Now ... with respect to your 4-years of QSOs ... do you have them in an ADIF file from another logging program? Or can you output them to an ADIF from the other logging program? Perhaps you have saved them somewhere with the frequency?
If you have that form of data you can easily input the ADIF (with all the data) into Log4OM v2.

Hey Nolan,
The idea I have is since right now I can't see any bands in which I have my QSOs, my thought is that, say for 20 meters, I'd enter 14.250. I really don't care about the exact frequency. That frequency would tell me the Band. Obviously, this isn't optimal, but it's the only way I can think of.

Re: Band Not in Printed Log
The only way is to use the QSO Manager and bulk edit all the 20m QSO's in one hit followed by all the 10m in another pass and so on, all this and more are covered in our user guide - Check page 92>>>>>>ka3qot wrote: 07 Jun 2021, 03:26 Hey Nolan,

Dennis,
Tnx for reply and Terry's post (above) will get you to that next step in your result.
But (there is always a 'but' ...
) ... when you do your sort for bulk edit you should also filter for "mode" so that when you enter the "middle frequency" that you choose one that matches the mode such as: CW, SSB, etc..
Filtering for that with the bands is very easy as well.
Just check out User Guide location Terry noted.
