No Red display = "Not Confirmed" in Station Confirmation

Hi,
In the "STATION (Call Sign) CONFIRMATION STATUS" area near the top of the screen, I get Green (= Confirmed) and Orange (= Requested) but I have never seen Red (= Not confirmed) [as shown on the lower part of page 34 in the User Manual].
What am I doing wrong?
I presume I have something incorrect in the "Settings" somewhere or have not carried out a Procedure correctly???
I always update to the latest version (currently v2.23.0.0) and am using WIN10 64bit.
Ant thoughts please?

There is nothing that you can set to change that grid its hard coded

Have you tried entering a 'Call sign' that you know has not confirmed your QSO by any method?

Thanks for your prompt reply.
Yes I realise the actual colours for each status are hard-coded.
But even a recent QSO with no actual QSO card, no EQSL & no LOTW confirmation received all show as Orange.
I presume there is a setting in "User Configuration/Confirmations" or something like that I have wrong?

I really can't understand why you're having this problem there is nothing that you can do wrong that would cause it to malfunction.

Below is a screenshot of my friend Graham who never sends any form of confirmation other than a card and then only by specific request and as you can see its all working fine. (I am one of the lucky card recipients)

Send me your ADIF file by email and identify a specific call that is not confirmed so that I can try to replicate it please.

Thanks for your help.
I have never seen anything red coloured in that "Confirmation" area.
Here are 3 files which I hope will enable you to tell me where I am going wrong...

The system won't let me send an .adi files so I presume I have to send it as an attachment to an email - I will do that.
I've been using LOG4OM for many years (long before V2) and have never bothered to correct this, but now DXCC is in sight, have become more interested in getting it correct!!!

Peter,
Having loaded the ADIF file that you emailed me I find the reason that you don’t see red for unconfirmed confirmations with specific call signs is because you have the QSO’s marked requested, see original image below

A stated-on page 34 of our user guide ‘Orange = Worked and confirmation is requested’ so the display was reflecting the confirmation status correctly.

If you change the confirmation received status to No then the display is correct, remember that you must restart Log4OM after such changes for the change to be visible. See screen shot below after I marked the QSO confirmation status to No

I suggest that you use the QSL manager and filter on confirmation received status ‘Requested’ then bulk edit them to ‘No’
