UPDATE INFO CQ ZONE AND ITU ZONE BAD

Hello all,

I check with my friend and we 're exaclty same seeting, but when I update field information, CQ ZONE up to wrong zone. I use QRZ.COM info provider and I paid subcription AT QRZ.COM. For exemple, the station K9BM IN CQ ZONE 4, but after update turn at CQ ZONE 5. But grid information it's correct. If I choose other station, for exemple K9CT, it's all information is correct. I ask, if the station was defaut info by qrz.com, I belive upgrade bad cq zone information. I don't understand why this ? If I choose HAMQTH, all station we're ok . I'd like use qrz.com in info provider because I paid the subcription.

This indicates that the data is incorrect in QRZ so nothing we can do in Log4OM will change that, speak to the other staion or QRZ by email and ask them to correct it

Is the data via the QRZ feed into Log4OM different than what is displayed on the QRZ panel for that station? In this case K9BM?

Data on display for K9BM does properly show CQ Zone 4 in the QRZ lookup.

I'm seeing the same results and recall similar quite some time ago. Maybe a data change in cty or clublog files over time?

Assuming the user has the order of data lookup correct then the QRZ (External sources) data should be what is shown

The API download data from QRZ 'SHOULD' be the same as displayed on the website, however there have been many instances where it is not the same which causes an incorrect lookup

The fact the user has stated that "If I choose HAMQTH, all station we're ok" leads me to suspect that the incoming data from QRZ is incorrect.

I downgrade version to V2.14.1.0 and I check K9BM, THE CQ ZONE IS 4 = OK ITUZONE 8, on qrz.com no information on itu zone

Ok, I close to LOG40M, AND UPGRADE TO 2_2_25 AND K9BM RETURN CQ ZONE 5 AND ITU 6. I UNINSTALL AND DOWNGRADE AGAIN CQ ZONE 5 ET ITU 8. I DON'T UNDERSTAND. HAM QTH IT'S ALL OK

I use the APP at this URL to verify grids, CQ & ITU zones: https://zone-check.eu/

It is a very good assistance to help ID them. The big land-mass countries (Canada, Australia, USA, etc..) are the problem locations due to the multitude of zones across the fruited plains.

Not so much an issue for example in: Austria, Sweden, etc..

The Zone-Check APP is a good sanity check for me as I'm trouble-shooting.
