Cant save recent QSO

Made my first contact with a new rig entered Persons call hit enter nothin log is blank Do I have to set up a SQLlite sight just to use log4om I have no clue what I am doing with that Please help before I just give up with

The SQLite database can be created within Log4OM, it takes seconds but you clearly skipped that pert of the setup

I am not understanding the Sqllite I made a file hamlogs and used it but still nothing. Plus log4om doesn't show it as a SQLite file just a log4om file I'm sorry but confused.

I have made a new file in log4om 2 named it ham logs past test but still nothing doesn't even show as a SQLite file on my PC sorry but I'm lost
