Hello,
I tried to remove RTTY mode from the user reference list several times, but it appears back all the time.
I un-selected the mode and used Save & Exit but is still appears in the main screen after restart of the program.
When I go into the user reference list again, this mode is selected, while is did unselect this mode.
How to get this done properly?

Check your CAT configuration and see if you have RTTY selected there. If so change it something else and the RTTY should then disappear.
I've experienced the same as you have noted and decided to choose FT8 for this option.

Re: Mode selection In user preference
Nolan,
Thanks, I will check this section.
Anyway I do not use CAT control at all.
I connected WSJT-x with Log4OM and then with LOTW.
All contacts come from WSJT-x; all EME Q65 mode or CW.

When you deleted it did you save the change by clicking the small floppy disc icon at bottom right?Pa0ply wrote: 29 Dec 2022, 22:12 Hi Terry,

Re: Mode selection In user preference
Jan,
Even though you noted that you don't use CAT ... did you try (as a test) to change whatever value appears in the default box that I noted in my image that I included in my above post?
Change it to another choice, save and then restart Log4OM and see if changing that value puts something else in the mode box other than RTTY.
It can't hurt to test and see if it changes ... or maybe it won't change. But, at least you will know.

Re: Mode selection In user preference
Hi, for one reason now it works ok.
I deselected all modes, then selected the ones I needed and saved it.
It works fine now.
