CONFIGURED LOTW INSIDE LO4OM BUT IT ALWAYS STOPS WHEN CLOSING

hi, I ask for support because I registered on lotw, (I received my credentials and valid certificate)

I configured LOG4OM like this:



AFTER configuring the LOTW parameters in LOG4OM, as soon as I close log4om it ALWAYS crashes and ALWAYS stays stuck on this screen. after 10 minutes... it's still on this screen...


I'm always forced to force close LOG4OM with ctrl+alt+can....
ATTENTION!! After 10 attempts and after ALWAYS having to force log4om to close, at a certain point I find myself loaded into my LOTW 791 qso page.....

IT ONLY WORKED ONCE... I don't understand why.... Now I put another QSO in the log4om log, but when closed it ALWAYS crashes and no longer sends the log to the LOTW server.....
