Has anyone looked at their logfile after attempting a Chat session?

Has that log provided any clues about the Chat session 'connecting' or 'not'?

I would guess that there might be a parameter change at Gridtracker that is causing the Chat session to not properly connect.

The GT folks have made changes before or had a server hiccup that caused issues.

I'm sure both Lele and Terry are aware and checking into this as they can get time in their schedules.

When an external service suddenly stops working like Chat, call lookup, clusters etc the diagnosis route should always be .............

1. Have I just updated the software? - If no its unlikely to be the cause

2. Have I changed any settings in the software? - as 1 above

3. Is my anti virus or firwall blocking the external connection? - Turn both off for a short period to see if the external sevices return to normal

4. Has something changed at the external services end, like the PROVIDERS server settings? - If a URL has changed notify the software developer of the new URL

5. Is the server being overloaded due to a contest or simlar?

Please do not immediately blame the software if no chnges or updates have been done, software does not modify itself!

That proves it was not a Log4om issue! Most likely a server down at Gridtracker

I didn't understand why GridTracker intervenes in Log4OM's Off Air Message?
