I didn't understand why GridTracker intervenes in Log4OM's Off Air Message?

The chat server belongs to Gridtracker thats why some contacts are marked GT and others L4 to indicate their origin

The message says that a connection was activly refused, that means that we have been refused a connection to the 'Talk' server! The TALK server is the Gridtracker server which is outside our control!

L4! an abbreviation of Log4OM And GT is an abbreviation of Gridtracker

These abbreviations indicate the origins of the messages
