Yes, these QSOs do exist in Log4OM, as I have the complete log there.
Let me explain the situation step by step.

I have uploaded the full TX7N log to Clublog, and I have a Log4OM full log for TX7N.
People check their QSOs in Clublog, and request a confirmation. I will get an adif file of all these requests from Clublog, and process it through TQSL and upload to LoTW.
Some of these QSOs will be confirmed on LoTW, but not all of them (either the other party is not participating in the LoTW program, or they have not uploaded yet).
I need to find the way to mark these QSOs as uploaded in Log4OM, so that, in 6 months when I upload the entire log, these are not uploaded again. There are thousands of those, and I obviouylsy do not want to run them one by one.

So I cannot use the "download confirmations" in the LoTW window of Log4OM, as not all the QSO are confirmed.
There is no issue with callsign (TX7N, as all these QSO refer to TX7N).
What is the way to updade these QSOs as sent to LoTW ?

Lets say the log contains 5000 QSO's for that station

But 1000 have already bee marked as sent

Is it the remaining 4000 that need marking sent or only some of them?

One can look at it this way. But I imagine in order to do that, the other ones should be marked as sent, and the only way is by using that adif file. But how ?

Please answer my question - Do ALL of the remaining QSO's for that call sign require marking sent Yes or No?

Terry,
Yes, but the ones already sent through TQSL are not marked as sent... This is what I want to do, mark these as LoTW sent, but not one by one !
I want to mark those sent as sent. I know how to mark all the others as queued.

So Easy!

Log4OM QSL: manager

Use filters at bottom to filter on the Station call sign
and
LOTW Confirmation sent = (Equal to) No

Close the filter window

The result will be a list of all the QSO's with that station call sign that are not marked LOTW sent

Select LOTW

Select all

Check box 'Enable updates

Check 'Sent' box and select Yes

set an arbitary date

Click on the floppy disk 'Save' button

Job done

All of the above is covered in our user guide and the three 'Confirmations' Youtube tutorials

Terry,
You say "select filter on station callsign".
Which callsign ?
I think you do not understand the situation.
There are 5000 QSO, with about 1200 different stations... I just can't do this one station at a time !
And before I do anything, ALL stations and ALL QSOs are marked LoTW Sent = no

But you stated earlier that YOUR call sign was common to all?

Your call sign when you had the QSO's is named 'Station Call sign' by ADIF rules

So if you filter only the contacts that YOU had with the specific call that YOU were using and then filter OUT those that are already marked 'Sent=Yes' your left with the ones that need marking

Even the other logging software you are using, Logger32, must use 'Station Callsign' to identify the call sign that YOU were using at the time of the QSO

Terry
ALL the QSOs have been made as TX7N and ALL QSOs are marked "LoTW sent = no"
How do I mark the QSO with the adif file I get from Clublog as "LoTW sent = yes" ?
The full TX7N log has 41.000 QSOs. The Clublog file has roughly 5000 QSOs from 1200 different callsigns, all these QSOs with TX7N.

It does not make sense to filter on callsign = TX7N, as this is the full log !

So your earlier reply that the remainder required marking was wrong!

I asked
Do ALL of the remaining QSO's for that call sign require marking sent Yes or No?
You replied
Yes, but the ones already sent through TQSL are not marked as sent...

So another question

We're all of the qso's you want marked within a specific date range?

If there is no common factor that software can filter on to refine a list of those to be corrected then you will need to do it manually.
