Good afternoon!
I have noticed the following inconsistencies:
a) When I enter Callsigns in the appropriate box, the operator name is not returned in some cases. For example: I entered my own Callsign and it did not return my name in the appropriate box, even though my QRZ account is active and has completely filled out data; Detail: the Grid locator fields are searched correctly.
b) The map is not indicating the correct location of the stations. For example, for my Callsign it is offset by about 53 km.
What could be happening?
Problems with callsign search and MAP locator is not correct
Re: Problems with callsign search and MAP locator is not correct
Mur,
Image below shows what I get when I enter in your callsign. I have a 'paid for' XML subscription with QRZ so that provides me with a bit more than just the basic information from QRZ.com.
Note the map indicator goes to the middle of the given grid square that is provided for your QTH: GI58sm
As for the Main UI filling out the information like name, etc. Everything filled in very quickly without any delay. My internet is via fiber optics and I have a reasonably fast upload/download rate.

Re: Problems with callsign search and MAP locator is not correct
First of all, thank you for your reply.
Well, my QRZ account is also "paid", so I can't understand what's going on. My internet is also via fiber 350Mb.
Any other possibilities?

Re: Problems with callsign search and MAP locator is not correct
I definitely haven't found where to do this
Re: Problems with callsign search and MAP locator is not correct
It is noted in the "current" User Guide on Page 33.
And at: Settings / Program Configuration / User Preferences
You can select either 4 or 6 digit grid display. You must be sure to tap 'Save and Apply' and also restart Log4OM.

Re: Problems with callsign search and MAP locator is not correct
after 'Save and Apply' and also restart Log4OM,,No change, still 4 digits In addition, I set the info providers to hamqth,I don't understand why qrzcq keeps failing to authenticate even though I'm sure the username and password are correct. but the location grid is still wrong. The software shows PN11, the correct one should be PN01NC.What should I do? Thank you
Re: Problems with callsign search and MAP locator is not correct
Good evening everyone!
I discovered the "problem" and it was a mistake on my part.
I had changed the login password for the QRZ.com account and did not change it in Log4OM.
So, now everything is fine!
BH2RMX,
Test in LOG4OM if your QRZ password is correct.
In your last "print! I see that you did not mark the QRZ.com option as "Primary Source".
First you must do this, and then enter the login and password information.
To see if everything is correct, after you have done this click on the box to the right of the "QRZ.COM" line and see if the "green check" appears (as it appears in the "HAMQTH" line).
I hope I have contributed and I thank everyone who tried to help me!

Thank you for your reply. I followed your instructions. But the result did not change. Look at my screenshot. In addition, 4-digit and 6-digit grid display, is your display 6-digit? Is your recorded grid data correct? My software shows PN11, which is wrong.py8ml wrote: 20 Mar 2025, 02:31 Good evening everyone!
