lotw download always 0

When doing a LOTW download I always get that there are 0(zero) matches , but if I look on the lotw page there are new qsl's , wonder what I am doing wrong ?

Did you use an early start date?

What version of TQSL are you using?

I have tries with 1-1-2014
and also todays date 8-12-2014
same results

Go to the Log4om Help menu and select show log

Save the text file and email it to me

DO NOT - I repeat - DO NOT post the text file on the forum

The log file you sent me shows a LOTW response that says you are using the wrong or invalid station location

This has caught a lot of people out, please refer to page 95 of our user guide and in particular the "Important note"

that was a earlier issue , where I could not upload to lotw, I have since got that sorterd out , I can upload , I can upload and download in HRD log book , just cant seem to download in log4om

ok , I just un installed log4om and re installed it , I successfully uploaded to lotw , but still get 0 when tring to do a lotw download .

2014-08-12 18:54:08.2970 ERROR: *** AdifManagement: Error in ADIF import, returning empty log ******* [Function: ImportAdif] System.Exception: File is not in ADIF format

does the above mean anything to you , the first excerpt from the log is a successful upload , and then the second excerpt is what I believe is the reason the download is 0
