QSL Status for FT8 QSO's

Post by M0TZZ »

For eQsl and LOTW I prefer a simple "No" in the log when not received yet rather than "Requested". I've changed the default confirmations accordingly and this works fine for SSB QSO's but for FT8/FT4 they always still say "Requested". I tried the bulk editor but you can't update these fields there. Am I missing a trick?

Where did you change the default confirmation settings?

Yes it should so if ft8 are still arriving requested I suspect wsjt or jtalert are setting that status and we won't override an existing status in an inbound QSO
