"send SPOT" does not send SPOTS

Hello OM,
my actual LOG4OM2 2.9.0.0 does not send out cluster spots when i hit the orange button besides the field for Operator name.
As far as i remember, before last update, sending spots after QSO, then clicking the green cross (or return key) for finalizing QSO was always sufficient.
My spotted QSO´s did always appear in cluster lines below after a short period.

Any ideas?
Wonder whether the problem is on my side of the keyboard or not

Sending spots has never been done automatically when entering the QSO


When you click the spot button before the qso is saved a small window appears where you add your comment before clicking the spot check mark, once the spot is sent then add the qso to your log

What you describe is exactly what i am doing.
But there is no reaction on my clicking the green send-SPOT-tick.
And former, say one, two months ago, this has always worked satisfactorly.
Any further ideas?
Cluster settings, restrictions from cluster... ??

Do you mean that the spot window does not close or it closes but no spot is sent?

Have you tried another cluster in case the one your sending spots to is having problems?

Did you test in spot simulation to see if Log4OM is working?

Are you registered with the cluster your sending spots to?

Hi Heinz,

i also think it´s one of the problems that Terry describes like not registered to your primary cluster
or some problems with the cluster itself.

Have tried a test spot with your call for a 6m spot and all is working fine here .....

Hello Terry, Jürgen,
i solved it.
It was another cluster which was mistakenly set and it gave me no access due to missing password.
Actual, via EA6VQ, it is running again.
