Awards and cluster

Hello everyone
I have a few questions.
1. I have a confirmed connection, eqsl ticket, but the picture in LOG4OM is missing
2.There are 7 call signs in the cluster from 3715.0 to 3728.0, but there is only one on the right map of the band. why ??
3.Missing awards. I did not find any settings in the manual

Can you help me with the problems?

You are confusing the on line lookup of bio pictures from the on line website with an eqsl confirmation QSL card which can be viewed from the QSO edit window 'attachments' tab - See our user guide which describes these features in detail!

Do you mean there is not a list of awards? if so try updating the awards from the 'Settings/update resources' menu

3.Yes, the list of awards is missing. Yes, it is missing even after the update.
In Log4OM v1. both functions work (Picture qsl and award)

1. Try a fresh download and install of Log4om
2. Do a full EQSL download from your 1st aso to the currdnt time and remember to check the box to download the confirmation cards
Number 2 will take a long time so be patient
Turn off your antivirus and firewall software in case it's blocking

I must uninstall and all data deleted(Probably some mistake in profile). Install again and repair from backup.

No just re-install over the existing installation all will be saved but make a backup anyway for safety
