Not sure if already noted...

Working split and using the winkeyer doesn't (or at least didn't for me) record the split when logging....ok if done without the winkeyer

Couple questions ... for your CAT control which APP are you using? Hamlib or Omnirig? If using Hamlib did you tic use Dual VFO box on the Hamlib interface?

I use Omnirig (as installed with the v2.12 which I recently re-installed)
