Hi
I've always used Omnirig with the Kenwood TS-990 and log4om, works perfectly.
Now I wanted to test with Hamlib.
I followed all the steps in the manual, but I can't get it working.
I continue to use VSPE together, although I have also experienced no VSPE with no result.
I'm very grateful if you could help me.

Re: Difficulty setting up Hamlib
V 2.21.1.0 seems to work ok for me Manuel.
In my shack the TS-990S runs on a USB port (COM5) at 115.2 kb and I duplicated those settings into the Hamlib tab (on the CAT Management config page).
Then I went to the CAT Management Settings tab, selected Hamlib as the CAT engine. Saved this new configuration and then exited and restarted Log4OM. Radio connected fine and appears everything is working as it should. (However I haven't really done anything with it other than looked at the windows so far! hihi)

Re: Difficulty setting up Hamlib
Hi Larry.
Many thanks.
I am also running USB cable, but now I changed to a different Com Port ( in my case 8) and it works fine, perhaps it were the problem.
You help a lot, thanks.
My interest on using Hamlib , is to use with the CatRadio software from IZ8WED.
Have a nice day.
