Log4OM

I have read the online manual and watched numerous videos and still won't save it worked once haven't changed a thing . Can I please get some help I really want this program to work Is this a windows 11 issue?

Yes if what I circled in the snapshot is what you are referring too

So you enter a call and it does a lookup and then you save by what? Enter key on keyboard or Plus icon on right side?

Do you see any error message?

Have you checked the logfile for errors?

What is the Log4OM version number?

Ok Version 2.25 0.0 I either hit enter or if the plus symble is highlighted green I click on it

Not sure about logfile errors I test it and it said past Not an IT person so beyond that out of my pay grade lol

so what happens when you try to save a qso? Error message or what?

I suspect one drive is causing the issues can you move your database to a physical location or Google Drive?

Back to not working againI get no error messages. I hit enter the call sign and info goes blank and nothing is logged. I go back to configuration and my SQL passes testing go and check that the sql file is still where I saved it all is good. I give up. I just wished someone would please help.
