I set up a new computer, installed Log4OM 2.28 and manually reconfig settings. I exported ALL log info on old computer and imported into new computer with Quality checks at #3. You can see the missing confirmations in the attached pics. The missing confirmations are also on MANY other entities not just CE0Y. Under Maintenance I ran 'Rescan QSO Reference's' and monitored via Help/Realtime log, until finished. Rebooted and same issue.
Any help would appreciated.

1. Is the view filter set to worked or just confired?

On the new computer Log4OM I made one change. Under Settings/Confirmation; I added 'Thanks & 73' in the 'QSL default message', the pic shows it after I removed it. I deleted that message and it is now working, as you can see the CE0Y now shows all my confirmations. I also checked 10 to 15 other PFX's and all is now good.

To test, I just went back into settings/confirmations, and added the Thanks & 73. It did not change anything, all pfx show up fine. Weird.
