UPDATE_CQ_ITUZONE

Post by wb2bin »

I see the above in "self care" information.

I get this all the time when I download LOTW. I have been trying to find why for it seems forever.

I can see getting this once but every time. Is this normal and if not is there a way to get rid of it?

If normal I can live with it but I have been wondering why I have been getting it. I have discussed with ARRL LOTW an was informed not their doing.

Thanks,
Greg

First of all it helps if you state what Log4OM version number your using?

I just did an LOTW download and then inspected the 'Self care information' data and there was no trace of the message you have.

Can you do a snip of the message but PLEASE DONT INCLUDE THE PASSWORD SECTION and post it as a screen shot

Terry,

Sorry, but I was locked out yesterday for some reason. It said I was blocked, black listed be cause of my IP address but it seems OK now. I copied what I get if I open the self care UDP connections. I do not have any update_CQ_ITUZONE in my connections set up. I am running 2.28.0.0

Terry,

That is all there is. That is the entire message.
If I hoover over the message I get the parameters. The parameters do not show as a message anywhere that I can find.

Greg,

You noted in your original post that you see the "update_cq_ITUzone" label in your Self Care Information.

Terry is asking where you see that? I've tested as well as also can't see that label in my Self Care Information.

If you are seeing it in the Self Care Information he is wanting a clip of that information, but advised you to NOT let your logins/passwords be visible.

Maybe you are not being quite clear on where you were seeing that label?

Greg,

If you are asking where the "UPDATE_CQ_ITUZONE" label is coming from ... well it is related to the UDP Inbound Connections you have set up for the FTxx mode operations from WJSTx and JTAlert.

I have similar in my Self Care Information. Clips below show what shows up in my Self Care information and I've also provided a clip showing the UDP Inbound Connection that drives such information to be saved.

Is this what you are referring to?
