Well Terry, not sure what I did, but everything is working now with the Orion. Maybe I had to reboot the computer and the radio. Thanks for the help. And just in case someone else needs the settings. This is what I'm using and it's working with the Ten Tec Orion 1 (565)

Re: Ten Tec Orion 1 won't connect.
Hello Terry, no it's not a null cable. (thru cable). I've checked the things you mention and everything is set correct. Still no connection. Going to try a FTDI USB to serial cable if I can find one. Thanks for the input. 73

Ten Tec Orion 1 won't connect.
Hello all, I have a Ten Tec Orion 1 (565) and can't get it to work with Log4OM. I'm running Omnirig and using a DB9 serial cable from the radio to my computer. My computer has a serial card installed.

Hello all, just got a Yaesu FTdx 3000 and after setting it up in Log4OM when I click on a station in the cluster list, let's say going from 20 meter USB to a station on 40 meters LSB, the rig will go to the correct freq. but stay on USB and not change to LSB or the other way around.

Re: Anyone using TS-940 with OmniRig
Also Doug, just for a FYI post on this, I upgraded to Windows 10 with this same setup and everything works fine. Log4OM, OmniRig, Piexx, everything. No problem at all after the upgrade from Win 7 to Win 10.

Program shut down on entering QSO Info
I just notice a strange behavior with my Log4OM program today. First I'm running Ver. 1.22.0.0, now the problem is when I go to enter info into the Comment or Note section in the QSO info section the program shuts down. Even after a station has been logged, if I go to edit a QSO and try to enter any ...

Re: Win 10
Thanks for the info on Windows 10 OS guys. I was concern about Log4OM and Omni-Rig working with it. I have the free download waiting to be installed on my PC. However, I'm going to hold off installing it for a while longer. Again thanks for the info. 73
