LoTW duplicate upload error

From yesterday after update to latest from previous the following errors are occuring, when submitting LoTW contacts for upload Log4OM (TQSL) continues to see some duplicates and asks if i wish to ignore these, if i do the upload will hang and not upload until I cancel in Task manager or Log4OM, an upload works with Tqsl and HRD Logbook. With total uninstalls of Log4OM and Tqsl and rinstalls both fresh all appdata removed the error still occurs with latest release.


This started with an update to the release yesterday any assistance would be appreciated

What previous to latest? TQSL, Log4OM or October Windows updater which is know to have problems!

The update yesterday of Log4om to version 1.34, the previous log4om version i had installed was 1.33.

Did you install to run as an administrator as in page one of our user guide?

I did install as admin as the guide instructs as i always have.

I'm having a similar problem whereby I can on longer download from LOTW, upload is fine.

From your comments above: "October Windows updater which is know to have problems!"

Windows did an update 12th October and problem has started since then.

When I try to download I get this far:

Begin ADIF generation request
Login G4VMM
qso_qslsince 2018-10-11

Followed by pop-up box, "operation completed"

I've checked my external logs, lotw settings, and they are correct ID, password etc.

Any suggestions?

Turn on trace mode in help/debug then attempt another download

Save the text file and email it to me at the email address shown on QRZ
