discrepancy for K2GT

Post by IU3CYV »

hello to all,
bungiorno this morning I connected K2GT Jtdx showed me hawaii while log4om USA, I checked the data with qrz.com and actually log4om does not correctly indicate the name.
I edited by hand and corrected the status, however if I try to type it again on a new qso it appears USA again.
what do you do in these cases?

OM,

What choices do you have set up in Log4OM V2 for Info Providers?

I just entered K2GT into my installation and it brought up the Hawaii QTH information. I checked via both QRZ and HamQTH (Info Providers) and go the proper data each time.

I'm suspecting there is something amiss with the feed from JTDX to Log4OM V2 that is causing the error.

Disconnect your feed from JTDX and then manually enter K2GT into Log4OM V2 and see if your display is different. You may have to restart V2 to completely cut the link from JTDX to ensure there are no artifacts still being sent via the UDP incoming.

Please reread Nolan´s information and check your settings in Log4OM
Putting in K2GT gives me Hawaii as the real state/country ... Please
check the settings for INFO Providers.

By the way, would be nice we have a signature with your name. Better
to say "Hello Juergen" or "Hello Lele" instead of "Hello OM" ... ;)

Hello Tiziano,

in my case this is working ....

But in my case i have HamQTH as preferred source. If you have QRZ.com as preferred source you need a payed
account. If you not a payed subscriber you will not get full information. That´s the reason that nobody can find
me longer on qrz.com.

Tiziano,
Your not a paid xml subscriber to QRZ (Just a Ham Member) you wont get full look ups unless you pay QRZ, try HamQTH which is free

CTY and Clublog files contain different info

If you want to change update freq of the files you can do it in the program config/scheduler
